During the interview process they requested that candidates wear buisness casual. The interviewer was very interested in past experiences as well as current goals. Once the interview was completed they followed up with the job offer immediately.

What is one challenge that you had to overcome in a previous job?
Interviewer was completely disinterested in me as a candidate, and made that very obvious throughout the "interview." It was frustrating to even be called in to interview when it was clear she didn't actually want me as a candidate.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kroger (New Castle, IN)
Interview
Very simple and short. Only asked about experience and a little about myself. I was very nervous and expecting hard questions but that wasn’t exactly the case. Only asked a couple of questions and that was it.
Very easy, basically asked when can you start and when’s your availability. No real difficult questions asked. Was very stressed: no need. Please let me end the review. I’m done.
