Quick and easy. He hired everyone in the group. It was three parts. First was the interview process then it was the oral drug screening. Then it was training. It took two weeks for this process.

Don't know. The HR person set up the interview at 7:30 Thursday night for the following afternoon. I showed up. She did not. Didn't call. Didn't email. Didn't show up. Had some random person "interview" me. He didn't know my name, or the job or anything. Just asked questions on a sheet of paper and wrote down some answers.
