It was really easy. Was asked for availability and previous work experience. The interview itself lasted 5 minutes over the phone. The management asked me to come in for orientation a few days later.

Easy interview asked basic background information and customer service questions. Only 1 person interviewed me and I was hired on the spot. The questions were very short and sweet. Mostly just one sentence answers

I was called in for a group interview which asked us to role play certain customer service scenarios. I was called back after this for a follow up where I was offered a few options for positions within the store and a oral drug test was done.
