I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2014
Interview
Face to face with panel. Questions rotated among interviewers. One hour process. The interviewers asked the typical questions that were not necessarily specific role but generic in nature. How would handle x? What drives you? What are your strengths? Etc.
Three rounds comprising of Human resources screen of qualifications, second round with reporting Manager to test experience and skills related to role, and last round with Director to assess cultural fit and strategic mindset.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Amsterdam) in May 2019
Interview
After selecting you on paper, they send you 3 talentq evaluation tests: math, logic and comprehension. You will have 5 days to complete them. You will not pass these unless you spend quite a lot of time practicing, no matter how smart you are. The tests are time based, with very little time to answer. You need to score above average on all 3 to pass. Do the practice questions first. I solved all practice questions, as you can attempt them several times, but failed the actual tests. You need to find additional materials on the web to be able to practice more. In few days, automated reply came that I have failed the tests and will not be considered further. Unless you are desperate to get into KraftHeinz don't waste your time.
