Overall, the interviewers were pretty cold and didn't encourage being comfortable or communicating about what interests you. The words used when describing company culture seemed to be very coded towards a competitive and unhealthy work environment. The initial interview as standard and you simply answered the questions that popped up on screen as a video recording. Then I was interviewed by 2 different employees separately.
Interview begins with an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. This may be followed by additional interviews with other members of the team or executives.

2 rounds of interviews with 2 different interviewers. People first culture shone through. Prepped with the company values. It was only medium hard because it felt like a chat. Questions about situational, behavioural etc.
