Interview
For the initial communication and selecting process they hired a Human Resources company. First I had to do an internet based test, then a work in group. Third thing was another work in group, but this time it was being evaluated by the managers of the area. The last thing was an interview.

Question 1
At the group work, we were a team of 3 people. They asked to decide which one was the leader and gave us one minute to decide. The unexpected question was that, after we choose, they asked how we decided that and why.
