The process began with a phone interview with the HR representative. The next step, to be completed prior to the on-site interview, was to complete the detailed online application, including giving permission for the credit and background checks. The in-person interview was conducted with the hiring manager and other team members. Overall, the process and people were very professional and the timeline they gave for the decisioning process was fair and accurate.

2 rounds of interviews with 2 different interviewers. People first culture shone through. Prepped with the company values. It was only medium hard because it felt like a chat. Questions about situational, behavioural etc.
