Applied online on the Kraft website and got a call from HR for a phone interview round. Had the usual behavioural question: Tell me about a time when you....you showed leadership......you solved a complex problem. Was also asked why the posting interested me and how my past experience is relevant for the role. After the phone interview, I was invited for an interview at their office. Was a very casual interview with a few behavioural question but I felt like the just wanted to get to know me and share more information about the work involved.

Approached by recruiter, then phone interview with HR, then in person interview with HR, final interview with Hiring Manager in person. It was fast, and I got an offer within 4 days after the interview with the Hiring Manager
