Very basic, regular questions about backgrounds and interests. It was a simple interview where I was phone screened and did a video chat with employees in the group I would be working in

Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this position?
Long interview process that took several months. I was told multiple times how interested they were but slow follow-up. For a global executive search firm, their own hiring process was pretty clunky. Offer made was lower than originally discussed.

interviews, catch ups. With different stakeholders. Also with Country Manager. Some F2F some online. It was very pleasant but a bit of long process. I met with a bunch of different people. Very pleasant. Always very well accompanied.
