Met with the Help Desk and Communications Manager. She asked typical experiential questions, but be advised she is not looking for background info, just the specifics of a story. Also be expected to provide a detailed explanation of company history and core business. Finally, she only allows for a 30 minute interview, timed on her phone, so be as brief as possible. Never heard back from the company, which was just as well as I would not have felt comfortable with this manager not to mention the office culture.
