Interview
It was a smooth experience and the process was quick: a recruiter screen, conversations with the hiring manager and team. It moved at a reasonable pace and was updated at every stage which was appreciated.
What stood out for me was that interviewers had actually done their homework. The questions were about how I'd handled real situations in past roles, not hypotheticals or textbook answers. It felt like a genuine two-way conversation. I got honest answers about the team, the challenges, and what success would look like. Communication was consistently warm and clear from first touch to offer. No ghosting, just straightforward updates throughout. Really enjoyed my experience and it impacted my decision to accept!
