I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Komodo Health in Jun 2026
Interview
The process started with a call from the recruiter to walk me through the role. From there I did a peer coding session followed by one-on-one interviews with both potential teammates and managers. Every step felt organized and well communicated, and the interviewers were engaged and respectful of my time. Overall a smooth, positive experience, and I'd happily recommend this company to others considering applying.

Question 1
Most of the questions focused on how I incorporate AI tools into my day-to-day work, and on walking through a specific example of an unfamiliar problem I'd faced and how I approached solving it.
It was pretty good interview process, got chance got talk with many team members, so got good sense of environment. Questions around python, sql was asked. They were helpful too, in-case question were unclear
Komodo will make you do 6 interviews and then they will ghost you for no reason after leading you on. Avoid at all costs, it's a waste of energy and time.
