Takes forever to get another interview set up. Took me over a month to get my second interview. After my second interview in person I didn’t get a response back for a couple of weeks.

Smooth. Hiring team does a great job facilitating it. They are situational questions, but are related to the job itself. Make sure you are applying to the job you know about. They are specific questions.
