There are three rounds of interview process. The first meeting is with a colleague of similar level, followed by a meeting with the general manager, and the final interview with the director who ultimately makes the decision.
Interview process is pretty standard - resume review, reasons why you are leaving and why you want to join the company, and checking if you have experience in the role and processes they will be doing.
From my experience, all three interviews covered similar topics, so it felt like it is a "fit" check by the three individuals.
