You filled out an application online that includes personal info, and a personality test. You then get called for a group/individual interview with two of the hiring managers. The questions are very straightforward.

The application process is all online, with general questions and a personality test. With the interview, it was a group thing. They played a game with us then individually pulled us aside to interview. The questions were general and easy to answer.
