There were 3 of us interviewed at the same time, which felt very impersonal. She asked us "what if" scenario questions at which point one of the other ladies just up and left. The whole thing took about 10 minutes and we got the job.

What do you do if a customer has an issue you don't know how to solve?
Just asked me who I was, if I was availible for hollidays and thats about it. It was a really plesant interview but very fast paced, make sure to get your first impression down pat.

In-person interview focused on behavioral and situational questions about teamwork, handling customers, and multitasking. Other customer service basic questions and responses. A lot of how to and situational questions.
Just normal questions. Was not hard. Mostly talked about my pass jobs. I cant say more about it. I would say apple for a job . If you like people and like to talk you will like it.
