Question 1
Have you ever worked for a foreign company before outside your country?
As a good company employee, can you report your supervisor to the company management if he
or she is going against the company interest in his or her actions?
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Sept 2018
Interview
I applied through my campus career center and my first interview was on-campus. There was a get-to-know-you mixer the night before where I met my interviewer, which led to a much more-relaxed interview, as we had already met. It only took one day to hear back that I had been selected for the next round of interviews in Wichita.
My second-round interview was a week later and began with another mixer the night before the interview where I met a young Koch employee who was to be sort of my "buddy" throughout the interview process. The next day I met with him again and he essentially took me to and from my interviews and showed me around the building.
The questions were typical interview questions- nothing technical or too difficult. There are a few interesting questions that allow the interviewer to see how well you critically think. Just make sure to be on your toes and conversational with the interviewer(s).
I received and accepted an offer about a week and a half after my second-round interview.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Koch in Sept 2017
Interview
Applied on the day before deadline, got an interview offer the next day. It lasted thirty minutes with one recruiter, and he asked behavioral questions based on your resume. It was a good experience, though the company in general seems to lack diversity.
