Interview
The interview took place over MS TEAMS. I received an invitation email about 3-4 days in advance. The HR Manager and the QA Manager gave the interview. It was about 10 or so questions and it went well. There was no real format, though I gave my answers as if it was a Background Action Result (BAR) format. I was given the opportunity to ask questions throughout but mainly at the end. It lasted about an hour and ultimately it was enjoyed to the point where it seemed more like a conversation.

It was about 10 or so general questions.
1. What do you know about the company?
2. Describe your experience in QA.
3. Describe your biggest failure.
4. Describe your greatest Success.
5. How do you deal with a difficult customer.
6. Describe you experience with Microsoft programs.
7. How do you deal with a difficult person or unproductive co-worker? (I can't remember exactly)
8. Do you prefer working on a team or alone?
9. What experience do you have training others?
A call with the hiring manager and two upper management people. Then an in person interview with the r and d team and upper management and other team members. Then a phone call with HR.
