I applied to be a Full-time Machine Learning Engineer at Knowledge Officer. The first stage of the process was a coding challenge where I was tasked with building a supervised machine learning algorithm to classify articles with a certain skill-set. The second stage was an interview with a senior engineer and the CTO where I was asked various NLP questions. These ranged from questions to assess my overall understanding of NLP, and other questions that assessed my thought process on the steps required to solve certain NLP problems that were related to Knowledge Officer.
