The interview process usually starts with resume screening, followed by an initial phone or video interview. Next an in-person or panel interview. A final interview with senior management may occur before an offer is made. Successful candidates proceed to onboarding.

The interview process consisted of two rounds, and both were conducted professionally with friendly interviewers who made me feel comfortable. Communication was clear, and the overall hiring process was surprisingly fast and efficient.

2 rounds of interviews and last one from the site council if you are interviewing for a site role. Questions are straightforward and the usual. It was a 1 to 1 interview on all 3 rounds.
