The initial call was with recruitment, the interview was with the HoD, and presentation with 3 partners. A rigorous process with over 200 applicants but very professionally managed.

Very objective and straight to the point. And the interview process was quite easy going as well. There were 2 rounds, first of which was an informal one with a senior manager, after which was a more formal one with the head of department and director
