The interview process was scheduled and attended on time, but there has been no proactive follow-up from HR. We are required to reach out each time to get updates. It would be better if the HR process could be streamlined and made more interactive, with timely communication and proactive updates shared with candidates.

Rel. Easy for good programmers, keep your concept clear about computer science and data structures. Have knowledge about network and protocols , good communication skill etc. Now i don't have 30 words and this requirement of glassdoor is somewhat irrelevant, not sure why they embarrassing us with this much words.
