The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions like why I wanted to work at Kmart. They asked what section of the store I’d most like to work in and then if I could lift more than 20 lbs.

I filled out an application online, called the store, requested to speak to the manager, informed him that I had applied an that I wanted to meet for an interview. Scheduled an interview, and was hired at the end of the interview

Many people interviewed together, and they asked some basic questions like Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
Why do you want to work at Kmart?
What do you know about Kmart?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
It was like your regular sales associate interview about yourself and what will you do in certain situations whatever blah blah. This review isn't real because I wanted research a company that I wanted to know so jokes on you.
