The interview was pretty simple with typical interview questions, nothing from left field. I applied online and had to do some skills testing. The hiring process was simple and laid out pretty clearly. Had to come in for a couple days of online training, then started on the floor.

Honestly, there was no interview. I was asked when I could start working. Really, that was it. It was my first job, so I was kinda relieved. I really missed out on my first interviewing experience though.
