Interview with one HR person, went pretty quickly. Make sure to call a day or so after submitting your application--this made the process a lot quicker for me as some of my coworkers did not call and it took them a couple more weeks to get hired

Interview
Consisted of three interviews, two via telephone and one in person. The first phone call was from a Sears talent acquisition team rep who did the initial screening process. That was followed by a call from the store manager. The last step was a one on one interview with someone from the marketing team.
Very easy and fast. Simple interview questions. Dress business casual. Didn't feel any pressure or intimidation from the HR Manager. Great overall experience especially for those who are new to the job field and haven't been to many interviews.
