Interview
After I applied in store a week later I got a call from HR requesting an interview . When I got there she was doing another orientation and all the other managers refused to do an interview they had too much to do. Then they ask this manager whose not really a manger of the front and he walked up to me said hi and that I got the job .
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
