Put my application in online. About a week or two got an email telling me to fill out a quick survey to tell them about why they should pick me (they hire a bunch of employees at once so this I feel helps them pick the best.) After that one question survey, a few days later I got an email from klipsch saying I have been accepted to work at klipsch and to pick a day or orientation.
