Pretty easy. Standard questions. Doesn’t require much prep but the interview style is a bit different than others. The interviewers kind of feel like they are looking for a friend more than an employee. Made me feel a bit awkward.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KlientBoost (Costa Mesa, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
An amazingly friendly in-house recruiter (Katie Frayer) reached out via LinkedIn and set up a call. She describes what the following steps of the hiring process would look like should I move on for consideration. Second interview was another phone interview with the CEO (Johnathan Dane). If you ever get to talk to him you'll quickly find out he's a character and that KlientBoost embodies him to the core and vice versa. At this point I was assigned a very thorough assessment which ultimately help you and them figure out your strengths and weaknesses. I then had a virtual meeting with one of the team directors (Luke Roshon). A few hours late I got a call back from Johnathan (CEO) with the offer. The whole interview process took less than a week. They make sure to be very responsive.

Interview
This place seemed amazing at first, but now my honest is opinion is they are so wildly unprofessional. They said a position would be open really soon, and then next quarter…never heard from them. Meanwhile I’ve been very happy with my current job. A year later I get an email asking me to do a phone interview the next day to speak about the position. I told them I was traveling for work but interested in what they had to say. It’s been over a week and I’ve been ghosted. A good thing to note, I originally applied 3 years ago and they lost my application. Then it took a year to say there was an opening. Thankfully I’m no desperate. But if I was, I still wouldn’t take a job here. Not sure why initially thought this place was so great. I had at least 8 separate phone interviews. They basically said I was perfect and had the job, but no position was open and to wait till one opens. No official offer letter which meant I needed to move on. At this point I’m speechless, but wanted to share my experience with others so they can all look at other agencies for work. This ain’t it.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KlientBoost in Jan 2023
Interview
Applied on LI and answered a few technical and soft-skill account management questions. An in-house recruiter then proceeded to reach out and set up a time for a virtual call that was technical in nature. After that, another interview technical interview was performed.
