It was very fair. The first interview was with HR to get a "vibe check". The second interview was with the department Directors. There was an online test to test our reviewing ability.
Interview process consists of an interview with senior management and a skills based test. If you pass that stage you have second interview with leadership. After that interview you may or may not receive an offer.

Phone screening followed by initial interview and 2 tests to show your editing skills. Not too difficult. If you make it through you get to meet with the head of the department for your final interview.
