Applied online, a recruiter reached out. She set up the call but then was 5+ minutes late for the call and didn't give me a heads up so I was scrambling to figure out if it was actually a zoom and not a phone call. She asked me basic questions that were generally all on my resume but I'm assuming its a point of validation for her.
