One exploratory call with a recruiter, one with the recruiter for the role then three Zoom interviews with the manager and two peers. Over all really great experience with the TA team and interviewers!

While my skills and experience align with their expectations, the lack of feedback post-interview has been extremely disappointing. Throughout the interview process, I invested time and effort to prepare thoroughly and showcase how my background could contribute to Klaviyo's success. Regrettably, the communication following the interviews has been virtually nonexistent. Despite multiple attempts to seek feedback and gain insights into the outcome of my application, I have received only generic and automated responses. This lack of transparency and the absence of constructive feedback have left me feeling undervalued as a candidate. I believe that candidates, especially those who have invested time and energy in the interview process, deserve the courtesy of constructive feedback. It not only helps candidates improve but also reflects positively on the company's commitment to transparency and communication. I had high hopes for a company like Klaviyo, known for its innovative approach, but this experience has left a lasting negative impression. I hope Klaviyo takes this feedback constructively and considers enhancing its communication practices to provide a better candidate experience. Prospective candidates, be prepared for a frustrating lack of feedback and consider whether this aligns with your expectations for a respectful and transparent interview process.
