My experience with this company's interview process was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After applying for a position, I received an email two hours later saying my profile was interesting and I had to take a logic test. I spent days preparing for this test, practicing online until I felt confident in my abilities. I even took a Klarna test and felt that I did well, maybe not a perfect score but definitely the score they were looking for. However, after submitting the test, I never received a response, not even a rejection. I reached out to the company multiple times through email and LinkedIn, but no one ever responded. As someone with experience in HR and employee experience, this lack of communication and consideration for candidates is a major red flag. It's unacceptable that in today's age of automation and technology, companies can still leave candidates in a "black hole" without any updates or feedback. This experience speaks volumes about the company culture and I hope they can improve their processes soon. However, if they continue to let great candidates slip through the cracks, I have little hope for their success.
