Interview
First round was a standard HR pass over my resume and the position. Had a second round video interview with someone in the department I applied to who didn't seem to be paying attention at all (obviously reading questions off a sheet, no camera on the video call). Got an email from HR within the hour that was a pass. I figure they had already decided on someone else and were interviewing backup candidates, but either way, felt like a waste of time for everyone.

It was an extensive interview process. Everyone was friendly. I had about three or four interviews. The people on the team really seemed like they would be fantastic to work with.

What has your experience been like working on a team?
Received a logic test, completed it successfully with quite a high result, but never received any further feedback from them. Looks like they decided not to move forward with my CV, but to waste my time with the test in this case? I am pretty sure my result was pretty good ( I have requested the copy of my"personal data" stored in Klarna and the result of the test was specified there too).
