Spaghetti Recruitment process, after 8 interviews (Skill, Tech, Bar raiser, HR, Logic Test, Team Fit and Relocation meetings), surprisingly No offer. All I get is that Sorry, we got a better candidate. I am surprised to hear this that despite gradually progressing to last rounds after clearing the previous ones, they did not offer. It took 2 months for the entire process. You might need a lot of patience to go through all this if you really want to work here.. I think they neeeld to introspect how not to waste people's precious time by improving their hiring process drastically.
