Had a screening with a recruiter followed by a test that had nothing to do with my qualifications for the position. The catch is that the 'test' involves a video portion which reveals your age/sex/disability/race/etc. Klarna was really interested in me as a candidate until that portion of the 'review'. The HR staffer nearly dropped off her chair at the video portion. I'd love to see the EEOC investigate them.
