Worst hiring process I’ve been through so far. First you’re asked to take a logical reasoning test , if you pass you are made to retake it on screen with a recruiter watching you. Afterwards they tell you they will get back to you. They didn’t get back to me. I was ghosted. Found out from another source (a recruitment company) I actually passed the second test but Klarna never me know. They rarely respond to follow up email. The process feels very discriminatory. Advice? Be more humane in your hiring process. Be nice, respectful and provide equal opportunity to everyone regardless of their race/ ethnicity/ disability etc. Furthermore, don’t waste people’s time and ghost them. The job market is hard enough and takes a toll on applicants. Be better!
I applied online. I interviewed at Klarna (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Apr 2021
