My worst experiences during an early screening. I was called up by a tech recruiter in a video call. The interviewer claimed that the chat would be informal and proceeded by reading questions from a sheet of paper. The interviewer even asked questions that I had already answered. So extremely unprofessional. This has definitely changed my view of this company.
