Interview
I applied to their website and after I needed to take a logical test that I needed to complete with a thigh deadline. I have no clue about the result and how it is translating to the candidate potential for this specific role, where people should be more creative and think outside the box. Probably they didn’t even take a look in my cv and I received a email default that I wasn’t selected to the other steps.
After that, I was contacted by 3 headhunters about this same role, but as I wasn’t selected for the first time, I only can apply again after 1 year. They are still trying to find people for this role, since 7 months.
I will never apply there again, with such a ridiculous recruiting process and probably I wasn’t the only one who had this bad experience.

Interview
Whiteboard challenge was awful. The facilitator had no brief, no preliminary preparation for the session and i asked to fill up the board with imaginary ad hoc tasks. At the end the feedback was very interesting- i was told that i was too tech oriented for the role.
