First Stage- Logic Test Online(Thought it was easy, just have to be careful of time. Plenty of resources for you to practice beforehand if taken seriously). Second Stage- Phone Interview/Chat Third Stage- Another logic test but it is monitored with someone on a screen. Thought this was a little weird to do twice, but oh well, still pretty easy. Fourth Stage- Did an hour long interview where we talked about myself and how I can apply that to Klarna’s business concepts(they have 8 of them). Did another hour long interview that was part of the fourth stage with the team lead of the department I was applying for. Fifth Stage- Meant with senior level of the whole department, very quick 30 minute conversation and easy going. After that they were finishing another couple interviews, but kept me updated on when I will hear my response. Overall great experience, you could tell people loved their job at Klarna. For people saying the logic test is hard, I am a little concerned, unless you have a health problem that could be a factor.
