Interview
Found an advert saying they wanted 50 Senior Marketing Managers. The time to apply was until April 17, 2020. They published the advert November 5th. As I found this very strange I tried to contact Klarna to tell them they had done something wrong with the advert. Finally I found a number to call but they could not connect me to HR nor give me an e-mail to send them or send them a message. So I decided to apply for the role. I got a confirmation that I had applied and had to wait some days for a test that I should do. Waited about 4 days and a test from "Kattis" came. Did the test and got an e-mail that I had done the test and should sit back and wait for them to come back. And that was more than a month ago. No personal interaction at all and no names mentioned to contact. Very inpersonal.

Interview
After I applied, I received an automated email requesting that I take an abstract reasoning test. I heard back 7 days later with another automated email saying that I had passed the test. However, they had a high volume of applicants but would reach out should I be a match for another position.
