I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kitman Labs (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Given a very simple technical challenge to complete by the recruiter. Submitted a solution and a week later was informed I had failed the challenge and "it's a no". This was because I had done exactly what was asked in the challenge and not just provided an approximate (and strictly incorrect) solution which it seems they expected. Asked for opportunity to explain but did not hear back.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kitman Labs (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2016
Interview
I first did a phone interview which consisted of a chat about my background, interests, accomplishments etc. This was followed by a fairly straightforward tech screener which took a couple of hours to complete. I was then invited for an on-site interview which lasted around 2.5 hours where I interviewed with different members of staff. These interviews were based around my technical abilities and also how I would fit within the company.
