Interview process was disappointing. The HR coordination was smooth, but the interview panel experience was poor. One interviewer joined late, which significantly reduced the available time for the coding discussion. Despite requiring candidates to keep their cameras on, the interviewers did not do the same, making the interaction feel impersonal and uncomfortable.
The coding round felt rushed, and there was very little engagement or discussion around the candidate's thought process. Overall, the interview lacked the level of professionalism and collaboration expected from a technical interview.
The interviewers were not even skilled enough to understand tech. I think they got hired either by nepotism or cheating.
