Interview
In the first interview I was asked standard questions about my experience and qualifications and it was was about 30 minutes. For the second interview I was asked to do a presentation on how I would put a conference together.
Initial call was with an external recruiter. Then you complete a 2 min get to know me video. 3 rounds of zoom interviews with various team members of varying seniority. Including presentation round.

Presentation and scenario based questions so preparation required, A conversation with various team members. Met many different people during the interview process . All found positive interview experience. Met the founder too and other team members .
