They brought me in for an in-person, one-on-one interview with the HR manager which lasted about an hour. The interview went well and a few weeks later I got an email scheduling a video call with the CEO. The video call lasted about 30 minutes and was fairly brief. I continued to check in with the HR manager every week or so for the next two months since I hadn't heard anything after my final interview. All I heard back was "we haven't made any decisions yet". Finally, two months after my final interview (3 months total) I got an email saying they moved forward with another candidate. They were doing a lot of other hiring at this time so it was difficult to get in contact with the HR manager and get any information after the final interview.

Interview
Multiple level interview. Mine was a three part process with one of the three being via phone. Each interview lasts at least 30 mins and the questions range from informational to strategic. The process will take at least a couple weeks to complete.
