Interview
The company works efficiently, however, SIX rounds of interview for a job without security clearance seems excessive... especially given the fact we're in a pandemic and people need employment. Despite long and numerous interviews everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional.

1 way video interviews, another abomination in the recruiting process. Who on earth would think this is a good idea?
Basically, you are telling your candidates that that you no time to devote to them and would rather have them speak to their computers after they took the time to apply for your posted position. You, would rather have the opportunity review them later where you can openly pass judgement. That is a true shame! It felt completely disconnected and why would anyone want to work for a company like this?

Interview
The company requires a self made video 1 - 2 minutes long for the first round. This is before they grant you an audience in person.
In my experience this is a cleaver way to pre screen and reject applicants based on their age, physical handicaps or if they are not movie star attractive and “Boulder fit”.
