I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kinsale Capital Management (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2017
Interview
I met all employees in the company during my interview, which was good to meet the entire team. Everyone seemed very friendly. There were no trick questions. I was told 3 days after doing the interview that I got the job and I began working with Kinsale Capital the following week, which was a very quick turn around. I also received great benefits such as relocation expenses during my first working week.

Interview
The first interview I met the entire team except the CEO. They put you in a room and each person comes in and asks you questions mostly regarding your CV. I got asked back for a second interview and met everyone again, but this time I also met the CEO. It was a very unprofessional interview as very personal questions were asked and it was meant to be an intimidation interview, whereby I was told I wasnt very talkative and was asked questions about my family. Very bad experience as a second interview and very unprofessional - I was extremely shocked by it.
