The interview process was unnecessarily long. I was put thru 3 interview levels (HR, Hiring manager, Claims Director). I obviously did well on the first 2, and the interviewers asked pertinent questions and very professional, However, the last one with a claims manager may have not gone well since the interviewer said a "4th interview" was necessary, and I did not get an offer. I believe they may be looking for adjusters who are more inclined to not pay claims or minimize costs instead of handling claims on their merits. The interviewer mentioned company has not been profitable. My advice is to have only 2 interviews. One with HR, and if that clears, then have a panel of interviewers to prevent multiple steps and unnecessary scheduling. You are welcome.
