Interview
I applied through Edjoin. Received a phone call to set up my first interview. The first interview was with the site supervisors who are in charge of discipline and it was a relatively casual conversation about my work and classroom experience.
After, I had an interview with the two instructional coaches. A little more formal in terms of questions asked than the first.
Finally, I was asked to teach a mock lesson to summer school students.

How do you differentiate for all types of learners?

Interview
They offered me the teaching position after they realized I had only one year of experience and I would be willing to work as a second year. They thought I was willing to pass students who still could not understand the basics. They fired me when they realized I was not willing to.

They interview consisted of asking a few questions about how you would handle a situation of another teacher not following rules.
