This company sounded amazing when you go through the first interview. During that first interview they want to get to know you and don't tell you anything about the job. Then they want you to come in for a second interview where they tell you they need you for 8 hrs. They don't tell you to wear comfortable shoes or that you will be outside all day no matter the weather and until night falls. It was very upsetting to think that I was going for another interview the second time but it was door to door sales in a project like neighborhood until night fell in the freezing cold. If you are not looking to go door to door selling, DONT GO TO THE SECOND INTERVIEW. The people in the company are great but their interview process is awful and rude.
