Interview
One on one phone interview, which is to get to know you. They then gave me a 3 question assignment to work on and turn in. Then there would have been a face to face interview, which I did not get.

You are given a screenshot of sample input and must list all the test cases that you would need to test, as well as expected results, to make sure the website is implemented correctly.
First round was a phone call with the CTO. Then there was a take home assignment with 3 pretty simple questions. There was then a third round technical interview with a few other team members.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kindsight
Interview
FIrst was a homework assignment with two very simple problems on it. The problems were good but a little too generic for my tastes. I then interviewed on-site. The questions here were simple algorithm problems which you either know or you don't so I am not really sure why they asked them. I think it would have been better for them to ask questions about how we would solve a problem or organize a solution.
